When I look at the official pages of Python

http://www.python.org/download/

or Portable Python:

http://www.portablepython.com/wiki/Download

then there are a couple of different versions out there.

With which version of Python is the built-in Python in HermesJMS compatible?

Hermes currently has Jython 2.2rc2 but I have not upgraded it for some time.
