Hi,I'm trying to use hermes with Jboss4.2.2 and Jboss Messaging 1.4.1

Iget connected sucessfully with jboss messaging 1.4.1
in jboss context some of the portion showing red dot like connection factory.JAXR etc
and while clicking on it i'm getting javax.naming.communicationException.
I also enclose the screenshot for this.
how can I enable it and I wanna create queues directly to my jboss messaging server.

can it be possible..

thanx

Right click on a connection factory and select create session. This will use whats bound in JNDI and set the binding for you.

A quick discover on that connection factory will pull in all the queues and topics from JNDI or you can drag and drop the ones you want over.

The red icons when you browse JNDI mean there was an error looking up the object. This is normal as you won't have all the JBoss code in your class loader to instantiate the object. From your screenshots it looks like all the JMS objects are returned normally.

Regards,

Colin.
